I posted a more detailed first blog post a while back, but I decided it was wayyy too long and boring 😄 I explained how I came up with Quiri~Kat as my design company name. I realized it’s self explanatory on my Home Page where I say that my name is Quirina my friends call me Kat. That is actually the reason 🤓

However, I would like to give credit to my Uncle in Heaven who used to make me feel special and seen, when I was the most shy little girl in the world, haha. He called me Quiri (pronounced “Kitty”). And THAT is where Kat comes from ♥

🤩Being self employed, having my own Small Art Business! Something that didn’t happen for me until now, at age 50. And that’s ok! I’m still kickin’ 😉so I’m gonna keep livin! It’s also a legacy I’d like (one of many things) to be remembered for. My love of illustration/surface design and making others smile, with art❣❣
