This month I pitched to two companies. Emailed them:). Again, I utilized Creative Studio Collective. They’ve been a wonderful help in pitching to companies. They have a pitch bundle that was on sale. I love a sale! I put myself on a budget;) The bundle has guided me in structuring an email suitable for an art director. Which in turn has helped with my confidence in pitching my artwork.

I’ve learned so much but I know I have a lot more to learn! I see that my designs are changing and, getting much better, but I know that as time passes they’ll become even more amazing as I learn new techniques in surface design and art in general. I remember when I first started learning surface design. I watched a lot of YouTube and looked at blogs that belonged to artists and they said the same thing. They said their art changed and evolved and became better overtime. I wasn’t sure if I would ever see that change. I finally am and I’m really proud of myself for sticking to illustration and SD. It’s been about a year and I know something wonderful is just around the corner. If you’re in the same boat, hang in there! Keep Going🙌🏼 Something wonderful IS just around the corner🫶🏼
